The issues I am facing are:
Fails DNS Resolution more often than not
Takes 10s of seconds to Establishment https connection
Dead slow speed. The max I am getting, even earlier in the day, is around 60KBps.
Frequent disconnections
Can not even have a smooth voice call over Skype/zoom
Above all, there is no escalation path given by the customer rep and by the Call Center Supervisor.
I am using Zong 4G Bolt+ device in G-13/1 Islamabad. On Monday 24th September at 11 PM I had a voice/screen-sharing meeting on Skype. I could not join the meeting. I asked the moderator to do it on Zoom (another messenger app). I could hear them fine, the screen-share was not reasonably good and my voice was not reaching them. It was a long meeting and all I could do was listen. The call dropped later on and I could not rejoin.
Since then, the problem has not been resolved.
An online complaint was logged with PTA as well but they have not done anything. I am suffering for last 11 days.
