I am using the All-in-One Monthly 500 package on my Zong SIM. While the package is still active, its off-net quota finished. So, I subscribed to the 15-day combo package that has 3GB data and 50 off-net minutes.

When I made a call today to an On-net number, it deducted the minutes from quota of off-net minutes of combo package while I have the quota for on-net minute available in the monthly package.

When asked the customer care about that, they say that these two packages have random priority so anyone can be taken first.

But, what I could not understand at all, is how could the package priority work on different category. The priority can be used with on-net vs. on-net but how could it be used for on-net vs. off-net quota when both are available????

That is a complete lack of transparency and a deceiving tactic to collect unjustified money.
