They ( specially phone operator who’s duty is to inform customer about parcel ) doesn’t call or message me about my parcel .so that my parcel which came from Karachi returned back without my knowledge.and they charged 500 rupees extra from me ..I am a student I am jobless I barely made such amount just bcz. Of my parcel .but these workers should be punished of their bad attitude.even when we visit office for our parcel they behave rudely to us .
This is my complain about tc office staff
