I became aware of increase in bill for Data usage in Mid Feb when bill came.
appreantly when I had requested for advice on how to cut my bill I was told by helpline to
1. Change my cell post paid plan __which I agreed
But then without my consent, the data plan that I held of Rs 500 per month blanket charges (that too put up on advice of helpline in keeping with my usage years ago) was freed up. Hence my bill is an addtional 6 ooo rs for the month of Jan just for Data
2. I have complained 4 times since Feb 14 but to no avail.
3. Request to talk to a supervisor lies unattended
4. I will not pay my bill till this si reolved and I will not pay future charges on Data either. MY Rs 500 per mont of Data plan are ample for my requirement
