Warid postpaid number 0321 9001982
was out of Pakistan during the period 15 June to 20 August 2017. I came back on 21 Aug 2017 and and found that I was excess charged by Rs 67 for the months of July and August against my mobile number 0321 9001982 .
I went to JAZZ office at Unversity Road Peshawar to enquire about this excess charge. I attended by one of your staff at counter No 6, he checked the record and advised me that this data charges which alhough I was not using data facility.
When I came home I checked my bill in detail and found that the fact was mis-stated by the concerned staff member and the excess amount was line rent and not the data charges.
Secondly I am using warid postpaid right from the begining and was never charged any line rent before and am astonished how suddenly you started charging line rent which is not acceptable and I request you refund the excess amount charged to me.
