Sir,
My electricity meter #S-264279 with the name of MUHAMMAD SADIQ MUSLIM TOWN RNAL KHURD CUSTOMER ID -5162703. in the month of May 2017 Wapda sent me the bill Rs.4417/- but I do not use the electricity in this month due to family went outer city in this month. When I try to knowing about it they refused me.
A few month ago i paid a: Jaga TAX” Rs.10, 000/- already.
Please tell me how I can look after my family with these stupid penalties.
Please HELP ME.
