I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 days now and every day its for delivery and then they write the reason “consignee not available” or “name of area required” while no one has contacted me for 3 days. When i try to file a complaint customer service doesn’t reply or give me any complaint number. And them they contacted the person i ordered my parcel and told her i wasn’t picking up the call. And now i cant even track it
