Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Fast Food Restaurants

The issue that I have experienced was:
I was very fond of KFC. I always enjoyed KFC meals very often. Yesterday, i.e. 24th May, 2019 I bought a deal namely as ” Value Bucket” & Golootlo pk deals from KFC, (KFC Store ID: 027, Order # 2101, dated: 24-05-2019) Millennium Mall. I am really surprised to see the quality of the chicken. I was shocked that almost all the chicken pieces were overcooked. It was hard to chew because the whole chicken was like it was re-fry to make it hot and crispy. The color of the chicken was like Dark-Brownish. Even the crisp of the chicken was parted with its skin and meat was loaded with oil. The Zinger burger were also not fresh. I am really embarrassed to experience such a quality of the chicken by a re-known fast food chain restaurant.

It occurred on: 23/05/2019

This meant that All my mood was ruined, i feel i was mere waste of time & money. Still i am feeling burning in my stomach.

Please take my complaint as a serious concern because it ultimately will create a bad impression to all the KFC Lovers.

Please improve your food quality otherwise you will loose all the KFC eaters around Pakistan.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
