On 9 Dec 2021, my UBL Master Card has been charged USD 59.99 at 12:25:35 pm. without my permission and without generating OTP. I have lodged complaint on UBL helpline bearing # 14122104113 dated 14-12-2021at 1238 pm. for early resolving the matter since this is done without my concurrence. Kindly look into and help for early credit of this amount into my account.
