uFone ENDless un-authorize deductions
Today ( Jun 1, 18 ) I got sms regarding Rs.8.40 deducted for sending sms but I already activate sms package 603 which last 14 days (upto Jun 5, 18) can send 10,000 to any network in Pakistan than why this deduction for sms which I deliver to the net work of 0334 and charged Re 0.50 for sending each SMS. Request to PTA to collect my sms history and amount charged by uFone than you people realized how uFone doing wrong practice and charging un-authorize charges from consumer.
This is not first time I am complain to uFone for the un authorize deduction plus not deliver sms but I never received any prompt reply from their management which indicate how they are careless and helpless to satisfy the customer why this deduction made, perhaps getting pain to reply the consumers soon.
Request to P T A sincerely resolve my this complain and strictly informed ufone why you deducting amount un-authorize due to any special reason or power? plus allow me credit of Rs.8.40 for this un-authorize deduction without any delay.
I still fail to understand why ufone doing this wrong practice un-authorize deduction so they can give charity in holy month of Ramzan or bonus to their staff?
