IT IS A ROUTINE METHOD OF INAPRORIATELY CHARGING THE CUSTOMERS, KNOWING THAT THE USER WILL NOT BOTHER FOR LITTLE AMOUNT, BUT WHEN SUCH PRACTICE IS DONE THE COUNTLESS PEOPLE, THEY( UFONE) END UP COLLECTING HUGE AMOUNT. I CAME TO PAKISTAN ON 28TH SEPT AND CHARGED MY UFONE WITH RS 100 AND A SUPER CARD FOR RS 500. I HARDLY MADE ANY CALL TO BE CHARGED FROM RS 100 CARD BUT ON CHECKING IT REVEALED THAT I HAVE A BALANCE OF RS 35. ON CHECKING I WAS TOLD THAT CERTAIN PROMOTIONS WERE ACTIVATED . I TOLD THEM NO OF TIMES THAT I NEVER ASKED AND I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THESE PROMOTIONS BUT THEY ARE ADAMANT .
THE 2ND COMPLAINT IS THAT THERE WAS ONE PROMOTION CALLED AUTO BALANCE FOR WHICH THE CHARGES WERE TAKEN FOR THE PERIOD 5-10-2019 TO 05-11-2019 BUT SERVICE IS NOT BEING PROVIDED.
ALTHOUGH THE AMOUNT IS MINOR BUT AS I HAVE ALREADY EXPLAINED ABOVE THAT WHEN IT IS DONE WITH MILLIONS OF CUSTOMERS IT BECOMES A COLOSSAL AMOUNT CHARGED BY THE COMPANY INAPPRORIATELY.
I THE LIGHT OF ABOVE , THE AUTHORITIES ARE REQUESTED TO PROB THE MATTER AND THE CUSTOMERS MAY BE PROTECTED FROM SUCH FRAUDS ., AND THE AMOUNT BE REVERTED TO CUSTOMERS.
