It is humbly stated that I account holder of UBL Bucheki and my account no is 000234420674. I opened this account dated 28-NOV-2016 with the amount 20,000/- but this account is not functional this date and when I contacted the Manager, he did not cooperated at all.
There was another account, account no: 05211087829 which I requested to close dated 28-NOV-2016 along with locker and request was submitted to shift this locker to new account no 000234420674.
Both the requests were not completed although the payment was made by the applicant.
Now on requesting the UBL bank Bucheki authority the Manager said to me that you have pay again 3500 rupees to close the old account 05211087829 which I have paid already and 2000 rupees has been deducted from the new account and asked to pay 3500 for the old account
The applicant had never applied for the ATM card but the Bank has deducted the charges and also the ATM card was not provided by the bank.
Please help me in this matter I am a Teacher serving Punjab Education Department, I am poorly managing my daily family obligation and the UBL Bank Bucheki is disturbing me a lot. I visiting daily UBL Bucheki from the last month but nothing is done against my requests. I have dare need to open my locker and need money from the account but both of them is not in my approach. The bank Manager behavior is very poor. Please do something in this matter I will be really thankful to you.
