Salam,
Dear concern person I am habib ur rehman from karachi and my younger sister her name is usra jamil she is having an account with UBL and she went with me to withdraw some amount from her account and she was trying to speak to a lady there she was wearing glasses and she was not listening to my sister and she let us waited for more than an hour there and she was speaking to her fiancee this behavior is very unprofessional sir kindly please counsel her regarding her job responsibility and not to abuse the customers since then my sister had terminated her account from UBL just because of her behavior i forgot her name sorry about that.
