Branch Operation Maneger UBL Bela Branch
Today visited the same branch for drawing cash from bank ATM. Due to Benazir Income Support programme the multitude of ladies and gents faced very difficult and discussed the problem for solution but the said operation Manager not responded also asked what I do the issue and also asked it’s not a my matter to discuss it, whereas, a man as a security of his branch is also presented in ATM both for drawing amount of BISP card holders and getting Rs.200 as bribe. Please take action against the said Branch operation Manger (namely Mehrab) to solve the costumer’s complaint in future at your end.
