Sir,
Most Respectfully it is stated that my father Ghulam Qadir has two accounts in UBL Nankana Sahib (0034) from many years. My father s’ pension comes in UBL branch code 0034 Account Number 0010094229 from many years. Pension of March 2018 Rs=14080/- , which have to transfer in account in first week of April 2018 , did not transfer in account. We made contact with UBL branch accountant with account statement in first week of May 2018 & asked about pending pension. The Cashier checked the ledgers & told and showed that your pension amount Rs=14080/ – have come in branch , but posted in some other account. The Cashier asked me & my father , I shall do rectify and transfer your amount in your account within one week. After one week , I checked account , no amount is transferred in the account. The Cashier again asked me , there was burden of work , so I could not transfer amount in your account. This happened many times in month of May 2018 , I visited the UBL branch many times , but only wastage of my precious time. In the start of this month , June 2018 , I went to Bank Manager ( Responsible Person of Bank) and told the issue, he also checked the account & ledger & also asked from the cashier and promised to solve the problem within two to three days. I also visited the bank many time but only wastage of time.
If the Account Problem minor does not rectify in months April , May & June three months , only promises , Question mark on Bank & Bank Manager efficiency. Dear Sir, How u expect good business from the branch , if bank clients are not satisfied.
Sir, Please transfer my father pension Rs= 14080/- in my father Account 0010094229 (title of Acc. Ghulam Qadir).
