Dear Sir, it is stated that the Manager of UBL Ghalla Mandi Branch Bahawalpur is not co-operating with this office for long time many letters have been written to said branch but all in vain. 1. scrolls are not received in time due to which public is facing LPS,2. Complete Ref no is not posted on the scrolls, 3.stubs are not completely received from said branch some stubs are missing every day due to which public complaints are received you are requested to help us in this situation and strict action may please be taken against the uncapable and ineffiicient Manager as well Staff.
