I’m a UK resident but have a UK GBP foreign currency in UBL. My account has gone into “Dormant” status after a year without informing customer.
Made number of calls and email to UBL customer servers but unable to get account activated.
They want me to resend documents (PK ID, Passport) from UK to Karachi, which has to be tested by Pakistani embassy!
I’m 300 KM away from nearest Pakistani embassy.
Can anyone help?
