UBL CREDIT CARD
BEFORE A YEAR UBL UPGRADE MY CREDIT CARD AND SEND NEW ONE, REMAINED NO OUTSTANDING IN PREVIOUS CARD, IF ANY THEY WILL TRANSFERRED THE SAME IN NEW ONE. AFTER 6 MONTH THEY SEND ME TWICE BILL IN DIFFERENT DAY, THAT TIME I WAS OUT OF STATION AFTER BACK DEPOSITED ONE BILL (AFTER DUE DATE) IT WAS ONLY 87/- SMS CHARGES. BUT WHEN I GOT ANOTHER BILL FOR THE SAME MONTH I WAS SURPRISED THAT TIME I WAS REALIZED IT SOME MISTAKE BY UBL DEPARTMENT. AND I COMPLAINED TO KNOW BOTH BILL IS MINE AND ONE WAS (SMS CHARGES RS.87) MY CANCELLATION CARD BILL. OK PAID BOTH BUT THE NEXT MONTH THEY SEND MY TWICE BILL AGAIN THIS TIME THEY SEND ME LATE PAYMENT CHARGES ON RS.87/- SEVERAL COMPLAINED LUNCHED BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE RECEIVED BY UBL CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT. NOW THEY SEND ME NOTICE FOR RECOVERY THROUGH COURT ACTION ON RS. 4351/- WHICH IS ONLY LATE FEES.
GUYS HERE IS WANT TO INFORM THAT I WAS UBL CUSTOMER SINCE LAST 15 YEARS.
