Dear Sir,
The UBL Credit Card Department never helps its customer. Today is 7.6.17 and I have not received my UBL Cr: Crd: 4105 2400 0032 1693 activity report. I had earlier written to them but todate they have not responded. Similarly, I am not credited reward points on using UBL Credit Card. Recently I have purchased HP Printer for Rs.12000 but not reward points credited to my account. I have written Customer Services but to date there is not response. After this Email I will have no option to write tho the President UBL, Karachi and a copy to Wafaqi Mohtasib.
