I apply for renewal of cashline account and give them all documents which they require, but still our account will not renew again and again they asking ID Card copy, bank statement; according to them they miss our documents 2 times. They says that they misplaced out document. Very Very Poor services they always miss our documents and give us some accuses of courier and others.
