Mid of July/2021, used the ATM of Faisal bank to withdraw Rs 20000/-. Money did not come out but account was debited of the above amount. Right away made a complaint to UBL and they gave a timeframe of 20 something days in which my account will be credited. After 20 days got an sms that complaint has been closed with no details of the outcome. Called UBL helpline and was being informed that reversal has been done. Checked my acc. and no amount credited. Its been 3 months now and everytime I call them its the same answer that complaint is being dealt by concerned department with no outcome.
