UBL already has the least number of branches and ATMs in and around Bahria Town Rawalpindi. Two main ATMs, one in Civic Center Branch, and the other in Bahria Town Head Office are out of service for more than a week, but no one is bothered to take appropriate action. As per SBP notifications, ATMs should be kept functional with enough money available round o clock, but there is no check and balance on its implementation.
