I am very disappointed with the pathetic service of UBL.
I opened my account on 11-10-17 but still today 25-10-17 (11 WORKING DAYS) I not get my ATM and cheque book.
When I called call center they said UBL need 5.6 MORE WORKING DAYS. This is not acceptable. How can I survive if I not withdraw my salary?
I have account in different banks but there services is very good like in 3-4 days they deliver cheque book.
I want my cheque book and atm card tomorrow 26-10-17. Else I am thinking to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
