yesterday we added the promo code for UberGo and got the promotion of 50% discount on ten rides. When we booked are return ride the discount was not given when asked the driver said its not added on further checking he did confirm that we have only used one out of the ten ride on that promotion. He charged us the full fare which was Rs.200 .
i would like a refund on the extra money that was charged from me yesterday. the ride that i booked was from packages to nishat colony.
