I am a customer of Ufone since 2005 and live in Sanghar city . I perform my duties as a govt school teacher in G H S Molvi Khair Muhammad at UC Mian . I am expressing the concerns of our H M , all the staff members and the local community , those are valued customers of Ufone from many years , Regarding the network of Ufone which is very poor in this area and the school administration is unable to complete the official tasks and paper work during the office hours and even in some urgent important situations . Its also important to describe that because of the poor network of Ufone , our staff and the local habitants are diverting to other networks like ZONG and JAZZ . This situation is very disturbing and when the world community is going to settle on Mars , we are still away a lot from the basic essentials and rights even living in a nuclear power country .
Its requested to you instruct the Ufone authorities for improvement of the currently provided facilities or for installing of a new tower to overcome the above mentioned issue in our area as soon as possible .
