I made a payment through easy pesa to temu where publishex solutions work as a facilator. On 17 feb I paid amount 4,900 to temu but unfortunately temu has not received any amount my order was not placed while my account has been debited and I still got no refund from publishex solutions till

How to file a complaint against Temu?
* Go to page
* Write Temu in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Temu.
I’ve made a Purchase from Temu app, then trying to pay The amount by Easypaisa, and The PublishEx Solution Successfully deducted the 4037 rupees amount from my Easypaisa wallet but after very few Secs Temu Cancelled my order just Because they didn’t get’s the amount, Now PublishEx Solution are not responding my calls or not even on Whatsapp, they’re making fraud activities.
Stay away from both PublishEx and Temu App.
