I ordered an item on temu. Then i cancelled my order (wrong item was selected in order). It’s been a month now. But they haven’t refunded my amount. I used jazzcash account for payment (2836 pkr). Jazzcash help centre is saying they haven’t received any amount from temu. And temu is saying that they have sent that amount, but temu is not providing ARN or transection number for the said amount. Now it’s been a month.
