Telenor Pakistan Signals Issue
Dear Sir,
I am facing this weak signals issue from last three to four years and continuously complaint to Telenor customer care but after a long time not given a proper solution by your technical support team. Every time they reply that we are planning a new site for strong signals but after long time it’s still in a planning stage. I am living in a Gujranwala main city not a backwards area. Please arrange a proper survey in my area and also make arrangements for new site ASAP. I am not a only person to face this issue you can find many of peoples after the survey. Peoples are not prefer for using Telenor services causing this issue. Kindly make proper arrangements to resolve this issue on priority basis.
