sir main nay 30 november ko 3737 per raat 10:21 min pay call ki thi mera aik shota sa accident ho gaya tha jis ki policy mere aap k pass pehlay say registerd thi aap k 3737 helpline say ye kaha gaya k aap 120 working hours ka wait karen team aap say rabta karegi magar 120 ghantay poray honay k baad abhi tak aap team nay koe bhi rabta nahen kiya aur jab bhi mai cal kar k unsay kehta ho k mujay aap supervisor say baat karwaen to wo 2 hours ka bol kar mujay sirf mis call detay hai jis ka mere pass proof hai magar ye muj say baat hi nahen kartay aur mujay buhut pareshan karty hai…
dear sir mujay pata nahen k main kis ko complain karon sir mere aap say guzarish hai k mere health policy k service khatam kardi jae q mujay baray afsoos k sath ye kehna par raha hai k aap k company froud p chal rahi hai kiya aap ka kaam is p chal raha hai allah hi behtar janta hai… mere 2 mahenay k jo paisay Rs.150 jo aap ki company ko mainay pay kiye hai wo mujay wapis kardiye jaen ye aap say guzarish hai.. aur mere health ki policy khatam kar di jae plz.
ab ye email mai aap ko majboor hokar kar raha ho allah ka wasta hai mere help karen q k 3737 walay help line mujay pareshan kar rahay hai aur mujay proper guide bhi nahen kar rahay hai
