Why my BISP program is not activated in my BVC. why you have give only one why are you activated in my BVC .We are not retalars .So you must activated it in my BVC .I were go to farenchise .They were present without that they were not listening me .If they will not activated my BISP into my BVC I shell broke my BVC understand BVC post paid number is 03411752339.and elod number is 03468053856
