I booked a consignment on March 10,2022 from Islamabad to Karachi. Sender name Muhammad Shuaib (me) and receiver name Mr. Sarmad address (ICAP Chartered Accountant Avenue Clifton Karachi), Which was delivered on March 11,2022 to Mr. Adeel. On March 21,2022 it came to my knowledge from Mr. Sarmad that letter he had not received any letter and no one with the name of Adeel is working in his Organisation. I put complaint on the same day and it was informed that your issue will be resolved in 24 hours. But no response was received. I kept calling till Friday and every time ii received the same response that we are working on it and you will receive a call from our relevant department. I requested that letter is very important and I’m facing loss due to delay delivery. On Friday evening i got a message that it had been verified that delivery made was correct. (How it possible that you are handing over letter of Sarmad to Adeel and still delivery is correct???). Again i called and requested to provide contact number of Mr. Adeel and i will fix it by my self and got response that you will receive it within 24 hours. But despite of calling again and again i got no response from TCS side.
