I am tutor of Allama Iqbal Open University at Karachi, University usually send my such important paper , one shipment having number 31403884914 was returned undelivered mentioned as incomplete address, while my complete address and phone number is writing on the envelope and lots of shipments I receive day by day on same address . Please make inquiry to stop this negligence in future.
My shipment cn:23441920 not delivered reason incorrect address. Totally unproffessional approach. Official did not bother even to call the addressee having location on walking distance
