TCS non delivery parcel
Non delivery of parcel but shown upon tracking as Delivered

I had not received AGM notice and Annual Accounts which delivered by courier. Upon inquiry from TCS person I had take the tracking no. and check at TCS website. I am surprised that the letter status shown as DELIVERED although I had not received the letter. I call to TCS complain center as asking them whom TCS delivered the letter they inform me that TCS rider deliverd the parcel to my brother JAMEEL. I have no brother its shows that the TCS rider do not deliver the letter and enter fake entry in his sheet. This is very imbalance me as the letter book at TCS on 24 Oct 2018 not delivered me and shows status as DELIVERED from Gole Market Nazimabad franchise..
It is violation of the promise, Instead of delivering till 25 October 2018 letter was not delivered but mention as DELIVERED.
This has shakes my and my family’s trust in TCS.
I invite attention of Khalid Nawaz Awan sb (Chairman,TCS) to enquire them what they are doing?
I am awaiting TCS staff reply and Chairman action
