We had handover the documents to TCS office GULBERG, LAHORE ON 30.05.2010 at 11.54, against Tracking Number: 40601347213, for POF WAH CANTT, Att Ms. Naheed Akhtar ( Assit Manager Purchase II, Pakistan Ordnance Factory)
Now today 03.06.2019, we came to know that the documents are going to be returned back with the reason mentioned on a tracking history that REFUSED DELIVERY,
where as POF is a Factory and have a department to receive all mails. than they distribute to a concern department/ person. How the receiving section can refused to receive a TCS.
My contact Number and Consignee Number is also written on a Envelop. they did not call me and to consignee for this issue.
Sir the documents were very important including our invoice and need to be deliver in time for the payment.
Thus request you for investigate the Issue from TCS.
Today I also made the COMPLAINT NO. 9382938561 WITH TCS .
They send my delivery to wrong address, can u return my product to my home address
