I have sent a document on 25th july , 2021 to Multan from islamabad, and it was suppose to reach by 27th of july 2021 by TCS company. they are still in transit after three days . moreover when i was tracking the order , it showed the wrong destination to lahore , and Quetta rather than Multan. I did call the TCS UAN number , and all they said is to go back to TCS office again and see if you are document is dispatched or not . I again had to go there in G8 markaz branch Islamabad. I had to go twice and still waiting not delivered . That were my important documents needed to be delivered on said time. I have to re-visit the centres twice ,and that was too far as well. moreover i am in trouble now as still my documents are pending just because of their poor shipment process and delays. the loss of time , money and of-course my official work lose . Who will compensate.
