Iam concern about that why are you taking money if u r not able to deliever? Your people showing fake status that attempt was made,i was at home all day because of this shipment and wasted whole day only to show this status. your customer care officers told me that it will dellieverd before 6pm on logging complaint but that didn’t work,such a shameful act.
If u are not willing to deliver at area why are you taking responsibility ,if it is taken then kindly deliver on time and don’t make people fool. Also teach your customer care officers some ethics that if a person is talking to you then why are attending other customers and first is on hold. No more words

TCS is very very poor services. It takes 4 days from LHR to ISB. On complaing they require more 24 hours to trace your parcel. Really a poor services in this modern Era.
Same case with me, didn’t receive parcel with same status. Is there some options to do some action against them?

its quite simple to file a complaint against your consignment.
whoever’s not getting his parcel can call on TCS number i.e city code-111123456 e.g 042-111123456.
Dial 0 in the dial pad after call pickup.
Tell them your consignment number which you may have got from a TCS text message. and tell them what’s the case and they’ll file a complaint against that consignment.

Tcs is just a loss of business don’t use COD account with tcs. It’ll just lost your money and they don’t deliver the parcel on right time.beared mang losses with tcs and now going to change the service.
