I booked shipment from Rawalpindi to Abbottabad on 02nd July, 2022 vide consumer number 5068953294 and paid Rs.1500 included insurance charges of RS.500/- on value at Rs.25000.
TCS were bound to deliver the shipment over night but they failed to deliver shipment within time
On the laps of two days when I inquired, they could not mention any reason and abuse me and advised me not to use TCS for future shipment and they also failed to give me delivery time of my subject shipment
