Helpline line members having irrespnsible aattitude and they are giving wrong statements to consumers . i have booked a Tcs from kohat to quetta on 02-04-2022. on 4th april i asked helpline about status , They told me that ur parcel has arrived at quetta office .plz collect that ..i have a also a status on my mobile ready to deliever .When i appraoched to tcs office , They told me that ur parcel not recieved ..then i called helpline , Helpline told me parcel has arrived at quetta office ..after that again i called helpline , They told me ur parcel is in karachi now . after 3 Days parcel arrives at quetta( Delievery time)..In short i talked different helpline staff members and i recieved different statement from every one to make me fool . if my calls recorded then u can hear all conversations
