As I am respected citizen of Pakistan, i want to complain against TCS service. Sir my Parcel was dispatched by PM&DC Institute of Paksitan from Islamabad to Karachi on dated 9/2/2023 by TCS courier service. Since 3 days they are not delievering my Parcel at concerned Address. Whenever I am calling to TCS service centre everytime they are saying, sir today u will get ur parcel, sir before 12 am morning u will get ur parcel, sir on evening time u will get ur parcel. I am so worried about their unethical behavour and everytime they are just lying to me and not delivering my parcel to me. So I am requesting to concerned authority plz take serious notice of this un professional behaviour from TCS service of Karachi Headoffice. Thanks

I want to launch my Complain again TCS parcel delivery . I had booked 2 kg box parcel despatch to Lahore on 17 Feb-2023 . CN-306038407287 . Its overnight delivery but havent shipped to desired destination. On 20th Feb,2023 I launched compalint on helpline , ticket no.6326400 , she didnt describe the reason for delay with inappropriate reason . To day I again ask for status the person didnt reply the reason and said it will reach soon .
This is said that very unjustified position for me beacuse I had paid high range of money for parcel for overnight but your Company havent deliver my parcel . I have many doughts about my parcel , that it may be lost , torn or remove something from the box or physical change may be present or not .
