My cousin Mr. Zeeshan sent me some important documents from Phool Nagar Distt: Kasur on 20-09-2017 vide (courier Code : 107435 and Tracking No. 40063674472. Today on 21-09-2017. I received a call from TCS Office Lalkurti Rawalpindi (Cell No. 0302-8614634, a TCS representative very rudely ordered me to collect the delivery personally from TCS Office. I requested him to please deliver the letter to my address but he said we have no courier available this time and you must collect the letter in person otherwise we will return it to Kasur. Said letter was not delivered to my postal address till now.
Kindly do the needful at your earliest under intimation to me and oblige. Such elements are creating bad names for a well reputed organization.
