Asalam o Alekum Respected,
On 7 Oct 2022 TCS representative send me an SMS about my Sada Pay Account ATM card delivery but after 3 day he did not contact again. On 11 October 2022 I contact to the representative about my ATM card he asked I will deliver you in Rajanpur city but as usual he did not Contact again . Today I contact again to the representative and asked that I have been transferred please deliver my parcel he asked come to the office and collect card I cannot come today otherwise tomorrow I will deliver on the address. Dear this unprofessional behaviour should be noticed which can cause the stigma of TCS currior service reputation. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible
