I have made some purchases from Daraz.PK who assured me to shipped the item free of cost. However, they handed over my consignment to TCS Pvt Ltd. Main Ring Road, near Peshawar Enter change. There representative call me that they carry my parcel but don’t have vehicle arrangements to ship the same on my given address. I have beared all the cost from my own pocket…. Why they pic my parcel if they don’t have shipment cargos??
