I had been told by tcs karachi branch that we have to send your items in 5kg red box so that it will reach quicker the whole weight of my consignment was 5kg but they had made 2 deliveries of two different 5kg boxes for which i had to pay 2500rs to get it shipped to peshawar.
It had reached peshawar 2 days ago but i didn’t receive it secondly i am dialing the peshawar franchise main number but no one is picking it up i am making complaints time and again but yet i am not receiving any call back or feedback.
I would just say that this is the most bloody service of Pakistan and if you don’t take any strict actions against tcs peshawar branch i will have to file a written complaint about everyone to tcs karachi lahore and all other cities untill i get a proper apology from tcs Pakistan.
The most pathetic service in the history of Pakistan is TCS! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE EVER USE TCS AGAIN.
TCS have shitty service don’t use , use alternative like lepoard etc.
Most Worst service badly tcs I don’t sabzazar lahore k operation manger kis tarha k hai k uskay deliver boy uski baat nahi suntay hai har bar Mujhe deliver after 1 to 2 weeks milti hai tcs wala apnay sath bike py lay k phirta rahta hai
