My parcel tracking number is 772575067378. It was attempted to deliver on 9 February in Lahore from Karachi but because of missing house number it returned to Lahore tcs office. Well on 10 February, tcs called me to correct my house number and said that it will deliver me on same day but they didn’t attempt till 13 Feb and I called them on the evening of 10 February and the caller rudely told me that you will take that be patient and then on 13 Feb I called again and tell them to deliver my parcel but they returned it back to Karachi. What a non serious behavior of tcs is that. I already paid for that parcel and this is going on.
