My sister send me perfumes from karachi on dated 7th September 2022. At adress of aishifa trust eye hospital Rawalpindi. For anees fatema. That order was received by any other person on my signature. I did not received that parcel. I did not call by any one instead of providing my cell number on parcel. Please improve yourself bcs we are paying for your services. If we are paying than it is your responsibility to call nominated person. Now who is responsible for my loss?
