MY PARCEL NUMBER 30332614281 BOOKED ON DATED 7TH JANUARY AND REACHED ON 8TH IN FAISALABAD I WAS CHECKING THE DELIVERY ON WEB SITE BUT IT WAS NOT SCHEDULED TILL 13TH JANUARY TILL 8PM, ON 14 TH JANUARY I AGAIN CHECK THE STATUS AND SAW ON WEB THAT DELIVERY ATTEMPTED BUT RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE UPDATED ON WEB in back date , THEN I CALL TO YOUR HELP LINE AND ASK THE STATUS A LADY PICKED UP THE CALL AND SAID MY ADDRESS IS REMOTE AREA THAT WHY DELIVERY DID NOT ATTEMPTED. I ASK HER TO SEE THE WEB FIRST AND THEN UPDATE ME SHE CHECK THE WEB AND SAID DELIVERY ATTEMPTED BUT RECEIVER WAS NOT AVAILABLE. HER BOTH COMMENTS CONTRADICT WITH EACH OTHER. I TOLD HER THAT ADDRESS IS SERVICE AREA AND TELL HER THAT YOUR COURIER OR OPERATION DEPARTMENT CAPTURED FAKE CHECK POINT.
I AGAIN CALL TODAY 15TH JANUARY BUT AGAIN ANOTHER LADATY SAID WE WILL TAKE MORE TIME TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT APPROX 24 HRS TO 48 HRS. I ALSO ASK HER TO GIVE ME NUMBER OF YOUR STATION MANAGER OR REGIONAL MANAGER FOR COMPLAINNING THE FAKE CHECKPOINT BUT SHE SAID THEY ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO GIVE NUMBER OF ANY PERSON. MY SIMPLE QUESTION IS THIS YOUR OPERATION CAPTURING FAKE CHECKPOINTS AND CS( HELP LINE) JUST REQUESTING TIME AND MAKING WRONG COMMETMENTS AND MISLEADING CUTOMERS.
ITS MY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND ALSO SHAMEFULL FOR TCS THAT THEY ARE PLAYING WITH CUTOMERS WITH PURELY NON PROFESTIONALS STAFF BUT WRONG COMITTENTS.
MY QUESTION IS THIS WHAT CUSTOMER WILL DO IF HE FACE ANY PROBLEM FORM TCS, NO BODY LISTINING THE CUSTOMER.
I FEEL I WOULD BE LUCKY ENOUGH IF I RECEIVE SOLUTION OR CALL FOR THE SOLOTION OF MY PRBLEM.
