I’m an executive of HBL residing at Risalpur. So many times I have made online shoppings on various dates in the past including bank ATM cards.
Instead of delivering the items on home address , which is well known and familiar to the local staff because of my job as a banker, they simply make text and ask to the get concerned items from their office. Whenever I approached they planely stat that the items are returned back as undelivered for one reason or the other.
TCS is supposed to deliver the items on my home address or at least make a miss call before returning back the cosignement .
I have not only received financial loss but mental stress as well.
Time and again they are served verbal complaints but in vain m.
Today again I visited the office to receive the ATM card. Concerned officials naming mr Abid was not available at office. The local staff provided his cell number.
As routine mr Abid planely stated that why I was not there to receive the concignment. And the item was returned as undelivered. I exchanged harsh words and abusive language .

Their attitude compelle the customer to lock horns.
Please take appropriate action against the manager and staff sitting at Nowshera.
