Many of my online shopped items are delivered here but many times they are returned back because TCS office Sambrial does not deliver them to my home location which is only 5-10 mins away from the office. I ordered a guitar which was returned because TCS office Sambrial never delivered it. So I I made another order for the same Guitar amd this time I called TCS office so I’d be informed when the item was here. I told them to deliver it and instead of delivering it they asked me to take it from there. Now here are all the complaints, why is a delivery express telling me to pick it up from office? Isn’t that there only job? To Deliver, right? And when I told them that, they hung up the phone. And now they’ve lied on the returned products, saying they couldn’t reach me. Please please act on this as fast as you can I don’t want my products returned again.
