vide tracking No 476379109 the document of my son Ureed Ehsan was attested by HEC on 17.10.2019 and handed over to Mr,Adnan representative Of TCS HEC Islamabad according to his statement he has despatch the same on the same dated vide tracking No 23026908161 I personally visited the TCS center 3 days regularly but the man on the counter of HEC Documents having Cell No 03013016004 has repeated said that the document has not received at last we visit again the HEC and then Adnan the answers of them was that,I again visit the TCS Office and show the tracking No to the staff of an other room according to him the said document was received and handed over to them 3 days ago I come to the office of above cell No and found that the documents were still laid in the draw of his table due to shame he applogized that the documents was laid here during his absence.the excuse is not enough as the documets was urgnetly required to the chaina ambassy for Admission which was too late.
