Subject: Complaint regarding non-delivery of Pay Order

Dear TCS Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by TCS regarding the delivery of a Pay Order sent by Bank Alfalah. My name is Jabran, and I purchased a (cop) plan from Bank Alfalah on January 31, 2023. Bank Alfalah had approved my request and entrusted TCS with delivering the Pay Order to my address. However, despite the passage of considerable time, the Pay Order has not reached me yet.

The Pay Order in question was crucial for timely payment of my financial obligations. Unfortunately, due to the non-delivery of the Pay Order by TCS, I was charged late fees and additional duties by Bank Alfalah. This has caused me significant financial inconvenience and distress.

I have made numerous attempts to contact TCS customer service regarding this matter, but regrettably, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to my problem. I believe that TCS has failed in its duty to provide timely and reliable delivery services, resulting in financial losses for me.

I request that TCS takes immediate action to rectify this situation by locating and delivering the Pay Order without any further delay. Additionally, I kindly ask for the reimbursement of the late fees and additional duties imposed by Bank Alfalah due to TCS’s negligence in delivering the Pay Order on time.

I trust that TCS values its customers and strives to maintain a high standard of service. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution to avoid any further inconvenience or escalation of this complaint.

I have attached copies of the relevant documents, including the receipt from Bank Alfalah and the correspondence with TCS customer service, for your reference. I kindly request that you acknowledge the receipt of this complaint promptly and provide me with a timeline for resolution.

Please be aware that if this matter is not addressed promptly and to my satisfaction, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and take legal action if necessary.

I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
